Please note that you are purchasing virtual products in the form of e-Vouchers and HiiCash Vouchers, which are not considered tangible goods. By their nature, these digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that once an e-Voucher or HiiCash Voucher is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Therefore, please make sure to select the correct product, with the correct country code and/or currency before making a purchase. Thank you for your understanding!

However, we do provide a warranty on the redeemability of the e-Vouchers and HiiCash Vouchers we deliver. If the delivered e-Voucher or HiiCash Voucher is non-functional, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
